My expertise in counseling clients with real estate advice in selling and buying real estate is solid and invaluable. As markets shift, I stay informed and on the cutting edge of changes in market conditions. I provide Sellers with the comfort and knowledge that their home is being marketed properly. For Buyers, I provide all the education necessary to help them make an informed decision.

I deal with First-Time Home Buyers, Move-up Buyers, Empty Nesters who are down scaling and also, the Manager or Executive who is relocating out of or into our area.

Foreclosures and Short Sales have become a big part of today’s inventory of homes for sale, and I have handled many of these, on both sides. I am also forming a Snohomish County Foreclosure Tour group that will take Buyers directly to bank-owned new construction plats. These tours are scheduled to commence on April 18, 2009.
